We measure before we order anything
A garage door is not a stock item you pick off a shelf. Before we order a thing, we measure the rough opening width and height, the headroom above the opening, the sideroom on each side for the track, and the backroom depth inside the garage. Every one of those numbers changes what door and what track configuration will actually fit.
Get headroom wrong and the springs and drum have nowhere to sit. Get sideroom wrong and the track hardware has nothing to bolt to. That's why the measuring happens first, on site, before a door is ever ordered, and why free estimates come with an honest look at your actual opening, not a guess from a photo.

West Fargo winters are the reason gauge and insulation aren't optional questions. We install in 24, 25 and 27 gauge steel, and we'll walk you through insulated versus uninsulated based on whether your garage is attached and heated or a detached, unheated building. An attached garage that shares a wall with the house behaves very differently in January than a detached one does.
Doors come in an embossed pebble-grain texture across all nine Midland colors, with four window size options if you want light in the garage without giving up wall space. Install day and the warranty behind it
On install day we take the old door and old track out, hang new track, and balance new springs to the exact weight of your new door, since a door that's off by even a few pounds fights the springs every time it opens. If you're keeping your existing opener, we check it against the new door before we call the job done, not after.
