We measure the rough opening and the headroom before anything gets ordered, then help you choose the panel, gauge and insulation that make sense for a North Dakota winter. Estimates are free, and every install carries our 1-year parts and labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's own.

The Flush Panel is a good example of how much choice sits inside one style: an embossed pebble-grain texture, four window size options, all nine Midland colors, and 24, 25 or 27 gauge steel, with or without insulation. An insulated door also carries an R-Value, which is worth asking about on an attached or heated garage and matters far less on a cold detached one. Wind load certification is available if the job calls for it. Every style above can be built out the same way, and we will walk you through the options that actually matter for your opening.

A retractable screen that mounts into the garage opening you already have. The door underneath still opens and closes exactly as it did before the screen went in.
Alongside residential work we install and service commercial overhead doors: 2-inch Commercial Flush, 3-inch Commercial Flush, FullView, and Ribbed Commercial Steel, for shops, warehouses and service bays. Call the shop with the opening size and what the door has to do.
You will talk to someone who works on doors. Shop hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday mornings 8:00 to 1:00, and after hours by appointment.
